finally..i can upload pics!

For breakfast I had a juicy white peach, and a buckwheat blueberry waffle. Usually I workout in the mornings, but I haven't been feeling well lately so I skipped the workout . For lunch, I made something on the go...there wasn't much left in the fridge so I made an omelet type creation using chopped red pepper, grape tomatoes, mushroom, and two eggs. I ate it on a piece of wheat bread with hummus and ricotta cheese and topped it with spinach!
